The FAQ.
Before You Claim · Straight AnswersWhat is KUTR?
KUTR is a booking platform and a competitive barber league in one app. Clients book real cuts. Barbers climb the rankings. Australia is Phase 01, and the rest of the world follows.
Is it really free to join?
Yes. Joining costs nothing and no card is involved. The form asks for your email, your role, where you are, the name you want on the board, and an optional Instagram handle.
Is there a paid tier or subscription?
No. There is no subscription, no premium tier, and no battle pass. Nobody can buy an advantage. Everyone competes on the same terms.
What happens after I sign up?
We send you one verification email. Click the link inside and you are confirmed. If you claimed a founder spot, your number is reserved the moment you sign up, and the badge attaches when you verify.
What do I get as a founder?
A permanent FOUNDER badge on your profile, your battle cards, and every leaderboard row you ever appear on. A 20-day head start before public launch. There are 500 founder spots worldwide. When they are gone, the badge can never be earned again.
When does KUTR launch?
The date is not announced yet. When it is, the waitlist hears it first. Founders then get their 20-day head start before the doors open to everyone.
Do I have to be a barber to join?
No. There are three ways in: member, barber or shop owner. You pick your lane on the form.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 16 to use KUTR. At 16 and 17 you can join as a member or a barber. Shop owner accounts are 18 and over.
Which countries can join?
The waitlist is open worldwide. Australia is Phase 01 and goes live first. If your country is not in the list, pick Other. Your signup still counts and your founder number is just as permanent.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to verify your spot and to contact you about your founder access and the launch. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing without your consent. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
